For making Dehradun as a smart city it is essential that citizens should also follow the rules and regulations timely and properly but in practice it can be seen that rules violators violates rules intentionally without fear as there is no check out and punishment. For a smart city it is essential that roads should be clean and traffic be followed systematically but traffic violators do it without observing traffic rules. This has made the city more congested and movement a difficult task.

My Views are as follow :

(4) Dustbins sufficient in numbers at public places.
(5) Appreciation to citizens who follow rules as it will move others to follow the same.
(6) Suggestion Box in each locality to invite suggestion regarding Smart City.

We need elevated roads in Dehradun. There's no space in the hill station for wide roads; the only option we have is of elevated roads.
Currently traffic is getting worst over time.
