I have below point to discuss with our uttrakhand native better life:-
1.I think that first of all we should start rapid testing in remote area of villages in uttrakhand as it is high time.If we will control in remote areas we will be in commendable mode.2.We should start testing in more number so that we can get good idea of corona in initial stage.3.Government should start essential services providing at gali level to break the chain of people going outside.

I would like to suggest you that during the relaxation time of 1300 hours, people should not be allowed to move from one Mohalla to other Mohalla
People may move distant places during the relaxation period of 1300 hours and this movement from one Mohalla to other Mohalla may help in spreading the disease and will make the controlling the disease very tough.
So my suggestion is Kindly make arrangement of every items within the Mohalla and avoid thd 'Inter Mohalla' movement of people.
